SASHA Terms of Service

SASHA is currently identified on Google Play as developed by Tonderai Shekede, 2501 N Blackwelder Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73106-1402, United States, telephone +1 405-510-5857. Support: support@sasha.network. These owner-published web terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights. Governing law, dispute procedures, notices, and country-specific rights apply only to the extent valid for the user and transaction. Versioned legal documents presented during account setup remain the operative acceptance record until a newer applicable bundle is presented and accepted.

Provide accurate information, keep credentials private, and use only your own account. The sign-up flow checks birth date and country before asking for account credentials. Age, country, role, verified relationship, guardian, and school-authority rules may limit access. A learner who needs adult authority may receive only restricted setup access while verification is pending. A parent, guardian, educator, or school representative must have actual authority for the learner and must not misstate that authority. Protected features remain locked until the applicable consent or school-authorization method is configured and verified.

SASHA provides study guidance, planning, explanations, and formative practice. It may be incomplete or wrong and does not replace a teacher, tutor, counselor, medical professional, or emergency service. Do not use SASHA to submit unreviewed AI output as your own assessed work or to bypass school rules.

Only upload content you are allowed to use. Some features process approved content with contracted model or document providers. Important extracted facts remain subject to review where required. Uploaded learner evidence is excluded from shared model training by default unless a separate, explicit, legally reviewed consent program applies.

Do not harass, threaten, groom, exploit, or impersonate anyone; share sexual, violent, unlawful, privacy-invasive, or harmful content; expose a learner’s home address, private contact details, credentials, health or school records without authority; evade age, consent, moderation, or access controls; scrape the service; interfere with security; or use the marketplace deceptively. Use the in-app report and block controls for user content or AI output. SASHA may remove content, restrict features, preserve safety evidence, suspend access, or contact appropriate authorities when reasonably required for safety, law, or service integrity.

Available digital purchases, physical goods, tutoring services, points, rewards, or Study Coins must use the payment rail and disclosures required for the platform and product type. Points or Study Coins have no cash value unless a separately approved offer expressly says otherwise. Ask an authorized adult before a learner makes a purchase. Physical goods and qualifying services may have separate fulfillment, cancellation, refund, scheduling, and shipping terms. Full card details are handled by the hosted payment provider rather than SASHA. An offer remains unavailable until its required refund, renewal, tax, incentive, minor-purchase, and store disclosures are active.

Features may be changed, paused, or withdrawn for safety, maintenance, legal, or reliability reasons. SASHA may investigate reports and apply proportionate content or account restrictions, but no moderation system can prevent every harmful interaction. You may request data access, correction, export, optional-consent withdrawal, or account deletion through available controls. Verified deletion removes or de-identifies active account data while limited privacy-request, safety, fraud, payment, fulfillment, consent, or legal evidence may remain for the periods described in the Privacy Policy.
